WCHA Projection

With only a few days until Wild pre-season action commences, I thought this would be a good time to unveil my WCHA predictions. Here goes:

1. Minnesota-Duluth (27-0-1).
2. Wisconsin (17-6-5).
3. North Dakota (15-8-5).
4. Denver (13-8-7).
5. Alaska-Anchorage (12-12-4).
6. Colorado College (10-12-6).
7. Mankato (10-16-2).
8. Michigan Tech (9-16-3).
9. St. Cloud State (7-20-1).
10. minnesota-minneapolis (1-27-0).

I have the UMD tying a pesky Alaska club in Anchorage 2-2 on a late Saturday night disputed goal by Junior Merit Waldrop (gotta love the name). The Golden Gophers only victory comes against a confused Denver team when Coach Gwozdecky played with 2 goaltenders by accident and they both suck.
