Champs in Town

Tonight we get a look at the defending Cup champs, the Carolina Hurricanes. Like the Wild, the Hurricanes are fighting for their playoff lives and are currently slotted into the 8th seed in the Eastern Conference. Although Thunder Bay native Eric Staal isn't having the year he had last year, this is still a very dangerous team. I'm looking forward to this game for 3 reasons: (1) it'll be nice to see Kurtis Foster and his slapper back on the ice for the power play, (2) I'd like to get a look at newly-acquired gritster Adam Hall and (3) see if Mike Commodore has gotten a haircut. Man, he had some crazy hair going last year in the finals.
