Brian Rolston Sighting

Last night's game wasn't available on local TV, so you may not believe me when I say I watched it on Center Ice and spotted Brian Rolston playing a meaningful role for the team. I thought Brian was the best player on the ice last night and was noticeable at both ends of the rink. Rolston needs to be consistent and not disappear for stretches of games like he does. He needs to be the player he was for the first half of last season. Good road victory for the team.

Turning attention elsewhere, is anyone else becoming a big Aaron Voros fan? This guy's got some spunk, I'll tell you that, and he can score. He's exactly the type of player this team needs and here's hoping some other guys follow his example.

Nice work watching on Centre Ice! I totally agree on both points. Rolston needs to come in from the blue line and get better opportunities for his shot. Even though his goal yesterday was from outside the cicles, I think he needs to get in closer.

And Voros has made alot of fans in our house...including my wife who thinks he looks like Mike Modano, only with grit and heart. =P

Agreed on both points. We need that kind of game from Brian ALL THE TIME, and Voros has taken someone's job (probably Foy or Radio).

i am not sure why people are ripping on Ralston he is second on the team in scoring. Even though he is tied with Ralston for second place in scoring; Bouchard has laid an egg in my opinion this season. I expected him to have a break out season this year.
