Ok, corny title, I know, but nothing else came to me. The Wild play in Anaheim tonight and should play better than they did against the Sharks. They've developed a pattern this year of getting destroyed one night (see the Wings game from last week and the Columbus loss of a few weeks ago) and then coming back the next game and playing very well. Scott Niedermeyer won't be back tonight and the Ducks have been very mediocre so far this year, so tonight should be 2 points. No telling who Lemaire will start in net, but my hunch is he'll go Harding.
Switching topics once again, it's been real cold here in the Twin Cities for the past 2 weeks, so my son's mites team begins outdoor practice next week. Although playing outside can take away the feeling in your extremities, there's nothing like playing under the stars. The ice is harder, the air fresher and the practices shorter. I'm looking forward to it again this year and have stocked up with plenty of hot cocoa and baileys (not for the mites) for after practice.
