My new Wild jersey, courtesy of Mr. RWD, needs customization. Of course, we all know the name on the front is a helluva a lot more important than the name on the back, but vote anyway.
I have #21 on all my jerseys and that would be a great choice, but I think you have to get the Boogeyman on yours.
Didn't you want #10 for the most awesomest Slovak in history? I thought #12 would be over big. I guess your intentions is to have a jersey that nobody else has.

Parrish is the best. I got one for Christmas. Number 2 choice would be Koivu. You'd probably be mobbed and killed if you got a Skoula one.
