On an unhockeylike note, I've been listening to nothing but Pearl Jam for the past month. I used to think everything they played was good, but that everything sounded the same. Sort of like "Even Flow" with different speeds. Well, for whatever reason their music struck a chord in me last month. Their songs sounded a bit different, their music great, and what I've discovered over the last 30 days is that Eddie Vedder is an incredible songwriter. Pearl Jam may be the best American band in the last 30 years, bar none.
Back to the NHL, I look for the Penguins, Sharks, Wings, and yes, the Flyers to advance to the Conference Finals. Watch out for Philadelphia, people, they're going to make it to the finals.
