I am going on vacation soon (Disneyworld here we come) and I am need of some help. I'd like to bring a hockey book with me to read on the plane, but there seems to be a shortage of good hockey books. I've read Ken Dryden's "The Game" and the book about fighting "The Code". Dryden's book was much better than the fighting book, by the way. I was thinking about maybe picking up either "Searching for Bobby Orr" or the Buccigross-penned "Jonesey". Anyone have any thoughts?
And if anyone sees someone walking around Epcot wearing a Pavol Demitra jersey, stop me and say hello.
Update: I forgot to say that I also just finished John Rosengren's "Blades of Glory". It's written in the style of "Friday Night Lights," in a Minnesota high school hockey sense. It's an ok book, but Rosengren does get way too schmaltzy for my taste.
