I honestly don't know what was more satisfying to watch last night: seeing the Wild clinch their first division crown or watching the Edmonton Oilers push the Vancouver Canucks out of the playoffs. Canucks fans now have time to enjoy spring, to clean out their garages and get outdoors, free from watching competitive hockey.
Now I know they're not looking for my advice, but if I were running the team I'd try and trade one of the Sedins. These guys need to go their separate ways and quit relying upon each other. They're grown men for crying out loud. Get out on your own and see the world; there are plenty of nice cities to visit. Flip a coin and trade one of the Sedins, jettision Naslund and start a youth movement, that's what I'd do. That and get Luongo a haircut. That geri-curl hairdo must be hard to maintain.
There, that's all I've got to say about that. No more Canucks talk on here until next season.
The race for the Stanley
Cup is on. Who will win it?
