I attended a graduation party yesterday afternoon, and while I was hoping for meatballs in a crockpot, I was pleasantly surprised to see they were serving the glorious walking taco. What's a walking taco, you ask? It's a small bag of tortilla chips, usually Doritos or even Fritos Corn Chips, with the end of the bag cut open. You then fill the bag with spicy ground beef, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and peppers. The bag is then held closed while you cruch everything together. A plastic fork is used to extract the yummy goodness.
Why do I write this? Well, faithful readers, I think now is the time for a change at the XCel Energy Center. We're going into next season with a new general manager, coaching staff and what promises to be a radically-different roster. Why not mix things up at the concession stands as well? Sure, keep your pizzas, dogs and even buffalo wings, but add the walking taco. This, Wild Management, I implore you to do. And sign #10.
